Coming May 2017!
Poetry Living is now accepting registrations for our brand new townhome community in Markham, Abbey Lane Towns.
We are taking an urban-contemporary approach with the elevation designs at Abbey Lane Towns. Markham is known for its traditional and historical architecture, so Abbey Lane Towns will be a breath of fresh air for the streetscape. The geometric design, contrasting colours, and glass balconies will make the townhomes stand out, and the use of brick and stonework will complement neighbouring residential streets. The variety of floor plans and elevation styles at Abbey Lane Towns will appeal to a broad range of lifestyles, stimulating the streetscape, making it one of the city’s most sought after communities.
Abbey Lane Towns will feature townhomes, rear lane townhomes, and dual frontage townhomes. The majority of the homes will have rear-facing garages with laneway access, and some of the models will have double-garages!
Another reason Abbey Lane Towns has captured the attention of many families is because of the prime location at Elgin Mills Road East and Woodbine Avenue, just east of the 404 near the hamlet of Victoria Square. Within a short drive of Abbey Lane Towns, there is a Costco, Kelsey’s, numerous parks and a community centre, the expansive Richmond Green Sports Centre, and many schools. The Richmond Green Sports Centre and Park is the area’s premier complex for exercise and sporting activities. The Centre features a skatepark, indoor and outdoor skating, two ice rinks, sports courts and fields, walking trails, and a seasonal sports dome.
