CityPointe Heights Nearing Completion: Construction Update

Construction at CityPointe Heights, our new landmark condo community in Brampton, is progressing rapidly as we approach occupancy for our first residents. If you’ve purchased a home here, you’ll soon be hearing from our team regarding your FIRM occupancy date, this will be confirmed with you shortly.

We’ve reached some exciting milestones at CityPointe Heights:

• The hoists (temporary exterior elevators) have been removed
• Your interior elevators are now fully operational

Inside the building, significant progress continues:

• Kitchen cabinets installed up to the 25^th floor
• Flooring installed up to the 25^th floor
• Tiling installed up to the 27^th floor
